Cancellation policy.

Draft direct booking terms for Causeway Coast Collection. Final legal wording should be confirmed before live bookings are accepted.

Draft guest policy

  • Booking payment: 50% of the accommodation charge is payable at the time of booking.
  • Final balance: The remaining 50% is due one week before the stay begins.
  • Non-refundable amount: The initial 50% booking payment is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • Date changes: Where availability allows, guests may request a date change up to 14 days before the original check-in date.
  • Pets: All apartments are pet friendly. Bookings with pets require a refundable £200 pet deposit.
  • Pet deposit: The pet deposit is held against additional pet-related cleaning or damage and is returned after checkout where no issues are found.
  • Late balance payment: If the final 50% balance is not paid when due, the booking may be cancelled and the initial booking payment retained.
  • No-shows: No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
  • Owner cancellation: If the host must cancel due to an unavoidable issue, guests receive a full refund or help finding alternative dates where possible.
